To devise an international Media Awards for the Foreign Press Association in London to celebrate excellence in world journalism and present a unique opportunity for British journalists to be recognised by their international peers.

One of the most prestigious Awards ceremonies for Journalism in the international media calendar. Now in it’s 17th year, the event has attracted speakers such as HM Queen Rania of Jordan, HM King Felipe of Spain (when Price of Asturias) and HRH The Prince of Wales as well as many top British and foreign politicians. British comedian Hugh Dennis, was last year's host, guaranteeing a really enjoyable evening. The guests included newspaper and broadcasting editors, diplomats, politicians and captains of industry.
